- Small business (Under 300 Users) which looking for simple business tools, O365 may be enough. However, we always recommend M365to keep your business secure. And do not Worry if you are a smaller Business and under 300 seats, you can go for Microsoft 365 business.
- Small and Medium Business (with 300 Users) which M365 Business is likely the best option. It includes Office 365 Business and basic EMS functionality and Intune for device management.
- Large business (over 300 people) which M365 Enterprise is the best option that need Microsoft’s full suite of productivity and Windows 10 Enterprise license along with EMS feature analytics and advanced security.
The formula for Microsoft Enterprise is E3 and a E5. The M365 E5 is the most complete which includes E3 features and offers extra possibilities: Cloud app security, Azure AD premium Plan 2, Microsoft defender ATP, advanced identity management and Information Protection Plan 2.
